Project Management

Once Devon is on board with your project, you will be assigned a project manager who will remain engaged with you every step of the way, from demolition to punch list.  Your manager will schedule all of the trades necessary: drywall, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, flooring and roofing, to name a few.  He or she will also be responsible for making sure individual tasks are completed and the overall schedule is being met. 

Our objective is to keep you informed and involved so that you know what to expect as the project progresses and as your living space is affected.  The physical impact of renovations on a homeowner’s life is what drives our emphasis on project management and coordination.  We do everything possible to ensure your comfort and ability to function in as normal a manner as possible. 

At the end of the job, Devon dispatches a professional cleaning crew to make the construction dust vanish so your renovation can shine through.  It’s the final step in our mission to transform your house into a home that accommodates your lifestyle and – most important of all – makes you happy.
